Customer admittance (AGE)

Due to Nakhon Thai not offering (baby changing area, highchairs, pushchairs storing area etc.) We unfortunately cannot accommodate babies during evening service (5pm onwards).

Dress Code

We have a smart dress code policy, no hats or caps, no sportswear allowed. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not meeting the dress code policy.

Group Bookings

Nakhon Thai may require £5 deposit per head for group bookings of 9 or more and require up to 72 hours’ notice to cancel a booking, otherwise we will not be able to refund the booking deposit. Guest who do not turn up will lose the £5 per person deposit due to seating being allocated. We have a grace period of 15 minutes, thereafter seating will be removed and given to other customers. All guests are required to arrive no later than 15 minutes of reservation time and order their food, as the table is only booked for 2 hours as often tables are rebooked for other guests.
We do not accept individual payments, maximum of 4 payments can be taken to cover the total bill. Group bookings of 12 and above will need to have our set menu. We will not allow multiple group bookings to be seated together.

Dining

When dining at Nakhon Thai, we have a minimum spend of £12 per person. Last orders can be placed before kitchen closes. The kitchen closes at 10:00pm and the restaurant closes at 10:30pm.

A discretionary 12.5 % Service charge will be added to the bill.

Nakhon Thai operates a strict NO DRUGS policy, NO SMOKING in the restaurant (This includes use of e-cigarettes)

Personal Belongings

Nakhon Thai does not accept liability for the loss or damage of any personal belongings including umbrellas during your visit at Nakhon Thai.

Car Park

Parking is available on Dobell Road and surrounding roads, please see the parking restrictions as some roads you cannot park between 11am to 12:30pm including Dobell Road.
